PlasterTEXPlasterTEX is growing fast, faster than its old tools could keep up with. Over 200 leads sat in a spreadsheet no one had opened in weeks, and a single quote could take hours to turn around. Earlier tools never stuck, because they sat outside the way the team already worked: nearly everything happens on WhatsApp. As the business scaled, more and more of the day-to-day depended on one person staying in the loop, from data quality to stock to approvals. Leadership had become the bottleneck on its own growth.
We started with a paid Opportunity Assessment: two working sessions, every workflow mapped, every manual task scored for time and impact. One pattern ran through all of it: stop fighting how the team works, and build where they already are. So we designed, and are now building, a single bilingual agent (English and Indonesian) on one WhatsApp number. To customers, it answers questions, builds quotes, and routes sample requests. To the team, it captures a lead from a 30-second voice note, updates the pipeline in one sentence, logs stock in five seconds, and briefs the founder every morning. Underneath it, one clean database becomes the single source of truth.
Once live, the dead lead list becomes a working pipeline again, and the founder gets his week back from the admin that used to swallow it. Because the whole thing runs inside WhatsApp, the team can adopt it without changing how they already work.
Every tool before this failed for the same reason: it asked people to change how they work. This one meets them in the app they already live in, so it can actually get used. That is the line between automation that demos well and automation that compounds. The pipeline stays warm, the founder works on growth instead of formatting, and the business scales without adding headcount.
