The Founder Brain
An operating system for running your business, installed in a folder on your own Mac and run by Claude Code on your own Claude subscription. It reads what you tell it and what your accounts hold, keeps it where you can see it, and does the parts of the work that do not need you.
What it is
A small company tends to run through one person. Every decision passes through the founder, every number lives in their head, every follow-up waits for an evening. The Founder Brain puts what you know where something else can use it, and lets that something take the work you should not be doing yourself. It installs in four rings: the Kernel (your context, your accounts connected once, the desk in your browser), the Operator (your numbers, your meetings, your mail and your Notion), the Chief of staff (a bot on your phone and a morning brief) and Growth (content in your voice, comments, diagrams, thumbnails, research).
What it is not
- It is not a chatbot you have to keep explaining things to: it remembers, in files you can read.
- It is not a cloud service: there is no account with us, no server of ours, nothing sent to us. Your data stays on your Mac and in your own accounts, under your own keys.
- It is not finished when installed: it changes with you.
- It never acts in your name without you: it drafts mail, you send it; it writes comments, you post them; it plans, you approve.
Your Google account
When you connect Google, The Founder Brain reads your calendar, your mail, your Drive files and your numbers sheet on your Mac, on your behalf, and sends nothing to Saltz AI. How that data is handled is in the privacy policy for The Founder Brain.
